I worked with Glenna to create a custom mother's ring with five stones. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but I leaned heavily on Glenna to make the design and find stones to fit it. I was working with her remotely from Montana, and she made it easy to picture and approve the design and stones from afar. I ADORE my new ring. It looks gorgeous, it's comfortable, every piece of it feels sentimental, and I know it is high quality coming from GG Gems! I would recommend her for any custom gemstone and jewelry work.

I cannot say enough good things about Glenna. Everything that has been mentioned in the prior reviews is beyond 100% right. This rating should be 10 stars and beyond. Glenna is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. She took as much time as we needed to answer any and all of our questions about different jewelry repair issues, cleaning our jewelry and to help us find the new pieces we were looking for. And all I can say is her knowledge of gems and jewelry is unmatched.
At one point, we were searching for two of gold chains for pendants, and although it seemed the answers would be simple, she was very skilled at keeping in mind the best chain and clasp for the piece. She looked at the ease of use of the clasp, the expected frequency of wear, planned longevity for the chain, and the weighting of the clasp so it does not fall to the front/bottom of the chain (but stays behind the neck out of sight). Who else thinks of all those details?
Glenna also has amazing advice on the best metals for different types of jewelry, based on the piece itself, and the frequency with which it will be worn. She is very careful to point out the pros and cons of each metal, and how it will wear over the long term, a consideration we may, or may not think about in our choice of jewelry.
Glenna’s prices are also incredibly fair and reasonable. It is clear that her mission is to have each of her customers leave with the right jewelry for them at the best possible cost. And then to come back, along with their family members, in the future.
Lastly, Glenna has become a close and trusted family friend through our jewelry shopping. She has gotten to know our tastes and needs and even details about our family, all of which has helped her help us make outstanding jewelry decisions now and for years to come. Thank you Glenna for being there for our family.

All I can say is wow, Glenna is a magician. I worked with her to design our engagement ring and then our wedding rings. The process was easy and fun, but I can\'t express enough that the final product was incredible, no renders could do them justice. Glenna explained absolutely everything to us regarding materials, the good, the bad, and the ugly, and was honest about all of her opinions. If I could say more than 100% recommended I would, she is amazing!
